Back in 2013, former President Obama announced the federal government would not obstruct or interfere with states that were attempting to pass legalized recreational pot.

After speculation he might not come, officials have confirmed President Obama will be visiting Roseburg, OR - the home of Umpqua Community College.  He will apparently meet privately with some of the families of the shooting victims. But others are not wanting any part of it, including some victim's families.

Because he is in town to attend a fundraiser, the President is going to potentially affect several hundred thousand drivers and commuters Thursday and Friday.

Even the Seattle Times noted,  the visit by the President was "purely political."

Plan would spring thousands convicted of 'non-violent' drug crimes.

Ah, priorities!

During State of the Union Speech Tuesday night President's order will apply to federal contract workers.

At Debate Drinking, the belief is that you should be competing with someone besides your own liver. The Debate Drinking games are usually catered for Presidential debates, but who wants to wait three years to get drunk? That's why we are all drinking to the State of the Union address tomorrow!

But we thought it was going to pay for itself?  We're a little confused...

We don't begrudge people's right to take a vacation.  But again,  Obama shows us how to overdo it.
