The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) recently updated the list of pesticides that are allowed for use in the production of high-THC cannabis in Washington State, based on criteria previously established by WSDA.

It's believed foreign distributors utilized Amazon platforms to sell the products, and Amazon was not award they were unlicensed.

Although pot won't appear in Oregon state stores until 2016, approved growers and processors are already ramping up production.
