After some confusion over the metrics, which were 'changed' by Gov. Inslee and state officials just prior to last weekend, we now know that three Washington counties will move back to Phase 2.
They are Pierce, Whitman and Cowlitz Counties...
No firm answer about new Phases beyond 2 given by Inslee. He also said there's a one week "pause" on any regions going backwards, but did not elaborate if any are in 'danger' of doing so.
At least 7 counties are at or very close, to the 25 cases per 100,000 in population 'required' in Phase program to move to 4, which is basically back to normal.
