Take the plunge into the frigid waters of the Columbia river tomorrow!  Last check the water temperature was at 37 degrees!

Every January local law enforcement agencies sponsor the Polar Plunge in Columbia Park to raise money for Special Olympics of Washington. We'll be on the boat ramp this year Jan. 18 for the jump at noon. Register now and join our team!

On Saturday over 600 crazy people got together to raise money for Special Olympics of Washington State with the annual 'Freezin For a Reason' Polar Plunge in Columbia Park.

Take a dip in the icy waters of the Columbia river and be a part of the “coolest” event of the year! Join the fun, help raise funds and win prizes all in support of Special Olympics Washington.

Why do perfectly normal people jump into freezing water? For fun?
