Back on March 3rd, the Americans, by popular demand, held their 2nd Annual Weiner Dog Race on ice. Several dozen folks brought all sorts of short-legged pups to the ice, and after a quick practice run, turned them loose!  Rusty was the repeat champion, he scooted across the frozen pond in record time...
