Toon-Town ‘Judge Doom’ Look-Alike Sought in Burglary

Judging from his picture, he's either really happy, or really creepy. We think he looks like Judge Doom from Toon Town in the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

49-year-old Alan Hooper is sought for allegedly breaking into a residence in the 3900 block of West 12th in Kennewick earlier this week.

Police say they believe he got in by breaking a window, took a number of undisclosed items, and also caused damage to a vehicle parked at the home.

They say there's sufficient evidence to charge him with Attempted Residential Burglary. Anyone with any information is urged to call police at (509)-628-0333. All leads are confidential.
