Tragic Rollover Claims Life of Pasco Man near Burbank Early Monday Morning

Often times in rollover crashes we hear victims were not wearing seatbelts.  Not the case in this one.  Both people were secured.

Washington state troopers continue to investigate a fatal crash early Monday on Highway at Burbank.

19-year-old Victor Acosta was Eastbound on Highway 12 just before six a.m. when his 2000 GMC veered of the road towards the median.  It then rolled several times, coming to a stop upside down between the lanes of traffic.

No report was given on the condition of Acosta, but his passenger in the SUV, 50-year-old Eduardo Acosta of Pasco, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers say both men were wearing their safety belts.     No other information has been released about the accident.
