Closed Schools In The Yakima and Columbia Basin Regions:

East Valley Sch. Dist.: Closed UPDATE

Selah Sch. Dist.: Closed UPDATE

Highland Sch. Dist.: Closed

West Valley Sch. Dist.: Closed. WVSD208 no school on Fri, Jan. 7 due to icy roads.

North Franklin Sch. Dist.: Closed UPDATE

Wapato Sch. Dist.: Closed. Due to rapidly changing road conditions becoming extremely slick in some areas by rain starting to fall.

Schools That Are Delayed In The Yakima and Columbia Basin Region:

Benton Franklin Head Start: Benton City only on a 2 hour delay.

Mabton Sch. Dist.: 2 Hours Late, No AM preschool

EPIC / Seedlings: All of the following Seedlings Head Start classes are in a 2-hour delay due to winter weather conditions: Castlevale, Jefferson, East Valley, East Yakima and Wide Hollow. The following EPIC/ECEAP classes are in a 2-hour delay: Fairview, Ahtanum, East Valley and Naches. OIC classes are canceled.

Union Gap Sch. Dist.: 2 Hours Late, No AM preschool. No breakfast will be served.

Grandview Sch. Dist.: 2 Hours Late. There is No Early Release today.

Columbia Sch. Dist.: 2 Hours Late, AM/PM Buses on snow routes
