Tyson Recalling Chicken Nuggets for Rubber Contamination

Tyson wants over 36,000 lbs. of chicken nuggets returned or thrown away due to a health hazard situation. The chicken nuggets might have pieces of rubber in them. These aren't just your run of the mill nuggets, either. They're the really good ones coated with panko (those flaky bread crumbs used mostly in Japanese cuisine).
