Well this is a first. They didn't actually 'pull over' the vehicle, but they did make an arrest.

Police in our area are utilizing more officers on bicycle patrols, enabling them to get into areas less accessible, and perhaps to provide some 'cover' (no big patrol unit).

Tuesday afternoon, several Kennewick officers were in the Canyon Lakes area when they spotted this vehicle sitting in the roadway. Rather odd, in the middle of the road away from the curb. Inside the car they observed suspicious activity and ended up arresting 23-year-old Heaven Rogers on an outstanding Department of Corrections warrant.

It's likely she might have noticed if they'd approached in a police unit, so the bike stealth thing worked. Narcotics were also observed inside her vehicle, it's been towed for investigative purposes, and she's back in custody awaiting further actions from the DOC.
