Wanted Suspect Wants Everyone To Know He’s “Misunderstood”

Crime Stoppers have issued their weekly Most Wanted Wednesday edition, and this time apparently this suspect feels nobody 'gets' him.

Police are looking for 29-year-old Brian S. Mackey, aka, Brian Packer. His last known address was Soap Lake, has ties to Moses Lake, but might also be in Tri-Cities.

He's wanted for an Escape from Community Custody from the Department of Corrections, as well as a failure to show for a hearing in Franklin County. His original charges were for Residential Burglary and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

He has numerous tattoos, including cursive 'misunderstood' across his forehead. Anyone with any information can anonymously report it at (509)-586-TIPS. If he doesn't wear a hat, should be easy to see that he's "misunderstood."
