Besides Justin Feser's consecutive games played streak and 7 seasons of 40 wins or more,  the Am's are in the record books three more times.

It might be hard to believe, but the Tri-City Americans hold the following marks in WHL history: (we say that because there have been so many great WHL teams over the years, and the bulk of the Am's consistent success has been since 2000).

  • Most Goals scored in one game: 19.   The Americans beat Seattle 19-3 on October 3, 1990.
  • Most Goals scored in 2 consecutive games: 35: One game prior to the record-setting win in Seattle, Tri-City put a 16-3 beating on the Victoria Cougars September 30, 1990 at the Tri-Cities Coliseum (before it was Toyota Center).
  • Most Power Play goals in one game:  10 (twice):  The Ams did it in those two games against Victoria and Seattle.

Those were back in the old black and gold uniform days, a long time ago.  Doubtful any team will ever break these marks.  Of course, it didn't hurt that a couple of fellows named Stu Barnes and Olaf Kolzig were playing for the Americans back then!
