Not an actual working model, just for decoration (PPD)

Pasco Police are asking residents to keep an eye out for this.

It's a large five-foot plus tall windmill,  John Deere green, custom-built yard decoration. It was reported stolen from a yard in the 4600 block of Peyote Drive.

 WHEN DID IT 'BLOW' AWAY?

It was found to be missing Sunday morning, had been taken sometime Saturday night or early before the homeowners got up.

WHAT COULD YOU DO WITH A WINDMILL?

In this case, probably not much. While it spins etc., it's for decoration and not an actual working model.
