Wild Kennewick Crash Blamed on Impaired Driver
The investigation continues, but Kennewick Police say the driver was believed to be impaired.
What Happened That Led to Crash?
Police didn't say the exact time, but were called to the intersection of North Yelm and West Clearwater late Monday night.
Upon arrival, they found a black Dodge Nitro had veered across into oncoming traffic, then slammed into a parked Mazda. The impact was hard enough it shoved the Mazda out into the road.

The suspect driver was not named, but Police say after their preliminary investigation, the person was arrested for DUI.
No word if any injuries, or extent of damage done, but reinforces (again!) why you NEVER get behind the wheel if you are in no shape to drive.
