Would Be Shoplifter Sprints From Police at Kennewick Pharmacy

Kennewick police are seeking this guy in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident, believed to be Thursday night.

In fact I was at Rite Aid on Ely (Highway 395) picking up a prescription for my wife when the police car rolled up.

As I was leaving, the store manager was standing in the doorway looking south towards Carl's Jr.  Didn't think much of it, but I wondered. Then a KPD cruiser rolled up, the officer got out briefly, then drove off rapidly towards Safeway.

I had seen a couple standing outside as I went in and they were acting kind of funny, having a weird looking discussion like they were planning something.  I wonder...
