Yet Another Gun Stolen From Parked Car in Tri-Cities

Authorities say while they understand why people do it, they STRONGLY urge people not to leave guns of any kind in their vehicles, especially overnight.

Even if when they're hidden in the glove box, or under the seat, thieves search pretty thoroughly.

Pasco police report Tuesday night a pistol was taken from a car parked near West Seventh Avenue and Highway 395. It's similar to the weapon displayed here.

If you're going to 'store' the gun in your car, remove it at night before you go to bed.
