Moving from town to town, it's always been an ordeal to find the best Chinese restaurant. Now that I've finally landed in Tri-Cities for good, I discover that my favorite Chinese Restaurant, China Café in Kennewick has closed. This got me thinking.

What are your favorite dishes?

I'm pretty basic, with white rice, broccoli and green peppers in garlic sauce. My spice level is at 3. My husband love General Tso's Chicken. Whether it's chow Mein, chicken, seafood, or vegetable dishes, pretty much everyone can enjoy some type of cuisine at a Chinese restaurant.
