110 MPH Evil Knievel Nailed by Pasco Cops Sunday
Not only was the driver arrested for Negligent Driving and Speeding, his little toy was towed.
Sunday afternoon, a Pasco Officer doing speed patrols was on the Road 68 overpass, when he captured a motorcycle rider traveling at 110 MPH west bound on I-182.
The officer quickly gave chase and 'ran' him down. Not only was the rider arrested (name and age not given) but his bike was towed. He's facing not just speeding, but Negligent Driving charges which carry some hefty tickets.
Nice to see somebody who unsafely whizzes by you get nailed. The type of bike was not listed, but given the number of people we know who ride two-wheelers, and bikers in general, we're going to go out on a limb and guess this was not somebody riding a Harley, Indian, or other 'big' bike, if you know what we mean.
