The 15 year old suspect sought in a murder case from October was finally caught in Yakima.

Luis Medina-Beltran is charged with killing 17-year-old Napoleon Prado who was shot multiple times on October 24th. Police say Medina-Beltran got out of a Chevrolet Impala to talk to Prado before shooting him multiple times with a gun.

Prado bled to death from multiple gun shot wounds according to news reports. He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead.

Luis Medina-Beltran is facing first- and second-degree murder and unlawful possession of a firearm, according to the arrest warrant.

A 17 and 18 year old were also arrested in connection with this case. The 17 year old had been arrested before in connection with a different drive by shooting but was released with no charges while the case is still under investigation.
