17-Year-Old ‘Donut’ Maker Busted for Reckless Driving on Clover Island

A juvenile is in custody after police arrested him for burning donuts in the parking lot at Clover Island late Monday night.

Authorities got a call about a driver spinning circles in the gravel and dirt portion of the lot on the island. Upon arrival they found a large Ford truck (pictured), and at least one vehicle was struck by flying rocks and sustained some damage.

Inside the truck Kennewick police and Franklin County Sheriff's found a 17-year-old driver. He was arrested for reckless driving.
