Two teenagers from Pasco have multiple charges, including attempted murder, after one teen allegedly misfired his gun repeatedly at a victim in an armed robbery.

The two teens, 19 year old Moses A. Balderas and 17 year old Eduardo Ramos, were arrested after a standoff with police at a Pasco apartment complex on July 13th.

Balderas bail was set at $500,000 and is being held on investigation of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree robbery.

Ramos, who police think fired the gun, had bail set at $250,000 and held on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree burglary and first-degree illegal gun possession.

The incident started when a Pasco home owner spotted Ramos looking around his non-attatched garage after hearing noise.

Ramos started walking away, then raised his gun and told the victim in Spanish to hand over his wallet, money and other belongings, according to reports.

The home owner charged the teen but slipped and fell on the ground in front of Ramos.

That is when Ramos allegedly tried to fire his gun repeatedly at the victim before running away.

He "heard the clicks, but nothing happened", according to Pasco police.

The victim chased the teens down a nearby ally after realizing the gun wouldn't fire but eventually lost them and returned to get his car and look around the neighborhood for them.

Police got reports of the robbery and spotted them near the apartment on West Agate Street in Pasco. One of the teens ran inside an apartment and police surrounded the area.

The gun was found under a bed in a backpack at the apartment.

Ramos was charged in Juvenile Court but that could be changed and he could be tried as an adult because of "his age and the seriousness of the crimes".
