Accused Child Sexual Molester Pleads Not Guilty

A Franklin County man has plead not guilty to 9 felonies he is facing over allegations he sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl.

Christopher Ezekiel Kerr was taken into custody Sept 19th on charges he raped an 11-year-old girl and made her perform sex acts on him. He appeared in court Tuesday (24th) and plead not guilty.

The felonies he is facing include:

• rape of a child
• attempted rape of a child
• child molestation
• rape and attempted rape.

His bond has been set at $100K, his next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 22.
