The Moses Lake Police Department says the man will be facing charges, but nothing yet about the woman.
Woman Fleeing Domestic Violence Incident Crushes Attacker's Foot, Leg
The incident happened last Friday night, July 24th, but now more details have come out about a woman's efforts to flee a Domestic Violence incident.

The woman was trying to leave a violent argument between her and a 31-year-old male, whose name was not released. The man followed her to her car, and as she prepared to leave, he smashed out the driver's side window.
The Woman Kept Trying to Pull Away in Her Car
Police didn't say exactly where the man was, but as the woman continued backing up, trying to leave, she ran over his leg and foot, causingwhat MLPD said was significant trauma. The woman did stop and called 9-1-1 and she remained at the scene until Police and EMS arrived.
The man was taken to Samaritan Hospital for treatment, and then was eventually booked into the Grant County Jail on malicious mischief 3rd degree/domestic violence charges.
The MLPD says the woman was given Domestic Violence service assistance, no mentioin of any other injuries during the altercation.
