Bar Shooter Still Sought by Police, Has Had Similar Prior Issues

The shooting occurred June 8th, but suspect is still being sought.

Kennewick Police have identified the alleged shooter in an incident that occurred near the 3Rivers Sports Bar as 32-year-old Anthony Colbray Jr. Police had responded to the bar, and found 36-year-old Theodore Lamar Turner suffering from multiple but non life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Then later 27-year-old Juvenal Torres checked himself into Kadlec Medical center for similar wounds. The suspect was identified as Colbray, and there's an outstanding First Degree Assault Warrant for him. Colbray was also arrested in May 2017 for brandishing what turned out to be a stolen gun after an incident at another area sports bar.
