The man is a living legend. He's a World Series Champion, AL MVP, 13-time All-Star, 3-time Silver Slugger, 3-time batting champion, and first-ballot Hall of Famer. He's also the owner of the Tri-City Dust Devils.

George Brett batted .305 with 3,154 hits and 317 home runs over 21 seasons with the Kansas City Royals. Even his pine tar bat is in the Hall of Fame. Before owning the Tri-City Dust Devils, Brett and his brother previously bought the Tri-City Atoms in 1986 before selling them. In Wednesday's game versus the Spokane Indian, Brett made his way into the broadcast booth in Spokane to chat with play-by-play announcer Chris King. Brett said if the Dust Devils win the championship, he'll make his way to the Tri-Cities to celebrate next summer. The last time Brett was in Tri-Cities was during the 1989-1990 WHL All-Star Game in Kennewick. Brett and his brother have an ownership in the Spokane Chiefs.
