Marshawn Lynch is going to un-retire and play for the Oakland Raiders. As broken by former NFL punter, frequent Bob and Tom Show contributor and now pundit Pat McAfee in his Barstool Report and confirmed in a tweet by NFL Network insider Ian Rappaport. Raiders Head Coach Jack Del Rio thinks it's just a matter of time as well.

Could the announcement of the Raiders move to Las Vegas by 2020 maybe spur his decision to give it a go in his home town?

Not so fast.

Oakland would have to trade for him because even though he was retire, he is still under contract with the Seattle Seahawks for two more years. Seattle could release him for the sole purpose of having him sign with the Raiders. Lynch grew up in Oakland and has expressed that it is his dream to play with his hometown team. There are still several obstacles to get around before Lynch goes to Oakland, but Beast Mode's desire to return is a big start.
