It's time again for the annual MSN Money Hall of Fame, and Hall of Shame when it comes to the best, and worst, run business in America.

For the fourth year in a row, MSN Money has released their list of the best and worst companies in America.  Their criteria are based largely upon customer feeback in the areas of performance (delivering promised goods and services),  providing good helpful customer assistance to resolve issues and problems, how consumer friendly they are to utilize, and cost.

Must not be a good year to be in insurance, banking or the cable industry.

Among some of the Hall of Shame 'winners':
Farmers Insurance
Progressive Insurance
Chase Bank
Citi Financial
Capitol One
Time Warner Cable
Sprint

Who's the best?  Some of the Hall of Fame included:
UPS
FedEx
Southwest Airlines
NetFlix
