A stark reminder, even in town, of what happens when black ice strikes.

This truck slid off 4th in Pasco, flipped, and hit a power pole, knocking out power to some area buildings. This occurred early Friday morning. Police say the human waste disposal truck slid, flipped on it's side, near the Pasco Aviation Museum.

Water from a tank on the front of the vehicle spilled, but no waste was leaked out of the main container.

NO word on condition of driver, presumably OK...we hope.  We get tired of hearing it, but eyes glued to road conditions and pay close attention to how your vehicle 'feels.'  You can tell when it's kicking back end, or feeling like you're on a greasy mirror.
