The Pasco School District has announced the event, and the route it will take.

This Saturday, beginning at 10 AM, a parade will be held in honor of 72-year-old Pasco School District bus driver Richard Lenhart. He was fatally stabbed near Longfellow Elementary School by 34-year-old Joshua Dian Davis of Richland on Friday, Sept. 24th.

Davis reportedly had asked for a ride to the Road 100 area before stabbing Lenhart multiple times.

He remains in the Franklin County Jail.

"From there, the parade will continue along 1st Avenue until it turns into Court Street and then intersects with 4th Avenue. The buses will then turn right onto 4th Avenue and proceed north to the PSD Bus Garage on Stearman Avenue."

All the buses will carry the number "4" which was the latest route Lenhart drove for the District.
