Car Thief Not Only Steals Sedan, Offends Many With Awful Underwear
Pasco Police are attempting to locate this car theft suspect, if he continues to dress like this, he will be easy to find.
Early Tuesday morning, around 4AM, this 2013 Kia Optima was stolen from the auto auction location in Pasco near Argent and Rickenbacker Drive.
Although the car's keys were hidden inside, it had been left unlocked by the buyer. They'd purchased it and were going to return the next day to have it hauled on a rollback.
However, the vehicle's push-button technology allows for it to be started if the keys are close by, and since they were hidden, this suspect was able to drive away in it.
When security footage was reviewed, this is the suspect Police were able to link to the theft.
But some good news, thanks to some sharp-eyed drivers, the car was later located. It was found abandoned alongside I-82 near Richland. It was recovered by the Washington State Patrol and is now in possession of the rightful buyer.
But Pasco Police would still like to meet up with this fashion wreck (orange underwear?!!) and determine his role in this theft.
Anyone who may see him, call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
