Congressman Newhouse Wades into School Re Open with Survey

Congressman Dan Newhouse (4th District) who represents the Tri-Cities and Central WA in the House of Representatives in D.C., has put up a new survey concerning the re opening of schools.

It's pretty simple really. It reads as follows:

"Do you support doing everything we can to safely reopen schools for in-person instruction in the fall?"

Respondents get to choose yes, no or unsure.  No doubt re open has been a smoking topic in our area, with most schools choosing distance or online learning for at least the first month, or even first quarter. Many parents, especially of elementary students and two-job families, have voice their frustration.

And, it was announced this week, going into the weekend, that in New York state of all place, they plan to re open their schools for in-person education in this fall.
