Crime Stoppers Seeking Felon – Violated Terms of Release

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers is looking for 30-year-old Michael Tapia Yniguez, in connection with violations of his release.

Yniguez, described by authorities as a "violent offender," violated terms of conditional release, a felony.

The exact violation was not revealed by authorities, but since he is considered a violent offender,  the public is urged not to try to make direct contact with him.
