It's a story that remains a mystery.

In January of this year, DEA agents raided the Zain Medical Services building located at 2630 North Columbia Center Boulevard in Richland.  No details were released about why at that time, DEA Agents said they would have more information later.

But a quick search of multiple sources shows no further details were ever divulged. Now, DEA agents revisited the facility in what officials also called another raid Tuesday morning. The facility had reportedly been under investigation since the earlier incident in January. They are located just east  of the old Chuck E. Cheese location in Columbia Center North, and behind it.

Their website says they provide a variety of services ranging from ears nose and throat to home care, from heart and vascular to endocrinology and diabetes, as well as primary care, even surgery and pain management. As of August 2, their website listed three MD's as care providers. Dr. Candace Green, Dr. Gopinath S. Sunil, and Dr. Eurgerie Hanley.

After the January raid, patients who had appointments that day were turned away by DEA and federal officials. It is not known if the clinic will stay open after this latest incident. Again, no details were released by the DEA, only a promise of more information later--just like in January.
