Sunday night, a Kennewick man ended up facing five charges over one call.

Around 8:45pm officers responded to the 300 block of East 4th, over an alleged no contact order, and learned the victim might have been driving in a car with the suspect.

They were not able to contact the suspect, 34-year-old Jonathan Mo, but later found him at the victim's residence on 4th. He then tried to turn it into a track meet, but the officers ran him down.

Mo is now facing felony unlawful imprisonment (the car) plus counts for residential burglary, auto theft and two felony court order violation. Wow...guess he wanted to be thorough!  Judging from the crimes, he did allegedly force the victim into a car with him.
