We don't know all the facts, but some say he got what he deserved. Yakima police continue to investigate the death of an alleged domestic violence assault suspect Sunday night.

According to reports, police were responding to the assault call at the Corrections Transition Apartments at 110 South Naches, when they found the 57-year-old man sitting outside waiting for them.

Police say witnesses claimed he was assaulting a woman, but during the attack the suspect was hit in the head with a baseball bat or club.  He was conscious for some time, but later had to be taken to the hospital and ended up dying.

An autopsy is scheduled, but initial reports indicate it could have been a hemorrhage that killed him.
