Double Whammy Suspect Steals Truck, Credit Cards

His face is not clearly visible, but Kennewick police are hoping someone or people in the community can help identify him.

The purple 1995 Ford Ranger pickup was reported stolen Wednesday morning, WA License  C85586M.

Then this suspect used a stolen credit card to make some fraudulent transactions. When police looked at the surveillance pictures and video, they learned he was driving the truck reported stolen.
