Kennewick Police didn't say what the driver's Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was but judging from what happened, it had to be pretty high.

Around 7AM Wednesday, Police were dispatched to the parking lot at Highlands Middle School in Kennewick, just off 4th Ave. where they found 44-year-old Manuel Martinez sitting in this car.

He'd called the Dispatcher and told them he was lost, and could not find his way home and needed help. Thinking it was a welfare check, when Police arrived they quickly determined Martinez had been drinking. He was also found to have a suspended license, and did not have a legally mandated Interlock device on his vehicle--likely indicating a previous conviction.

When Police arrived he was sitting in the car with the engine running. He was taken to the Benton County Jail and booked on a variety of charges stemming from the incident.

Police didn't say if he eventually realized where he needed to go.
