These will make you shake your head and laugh, but they are actually still on the books.

Here is a look at some of the dumbest laws still found on state legislative records, from the RCW, or Revised Code of Washington.   The amazing part of these laws are that they came about because somebody actually DID this at one time!

*From 1953-'It is illegal to attatch a vending machine to a utility pole'.  Click here for the full bill.
