Election Update–Kennewick Narrows Gap, Finley Edges Yes
The election fill be certified February 18th, but still some levies to be decided. In Benton County there's a total of 5,000 votes left to count, those 5,000 are scattered throughout the various races in the county. For example, that doesn't mean there's 5K in Kennewick or Richland. they are scattered.
PASCO CERTAIN TO PASS- HANDFULL LEFT TO COUNT
Not much happening in Franklin County. With only 157 votes left to count, Pasco is passing it's levy by nearly a ten percent margin. Large positive margins for North Franklin and other small schools.
OTHELLO CONTINUES TO TRAIL BADLY
For Franklin County Othello's levy trails 60 to 39 percent, for Adams County, the margin was about 57 no 43 percent no. Again, with only a handful of votes left it appears the levy mathematically will fail.
KENNEWICK OPERATIONS LEVY INCHES CLOSER
With 5,000 votes left, Kennewick's large Operational levy inched to within 600 votes of passing. As of Wednesday night it was 7,002 no to 6,600 yes. A difference of 402. Percentage 51.48% no to 48.52% yes. The tech levy continues to barely pass, it's margin is 51.09 percent yes to 48.08 no.
FINLEY EDGES TO YES--BARELY
Finley's levy now has 311 yes votes to 307 no...four votes. 50.32 to 49.68 percent. It's possible if this margin ends this close it may trigger a potential recount.
