Former Seattle Seahawk Jeremy Stevens was arrested then released after an alleged altercation involving his fiance', former Richland High and Olympic Soccer Star Hope Solo.Police had been called to a home on North 38th Place in Seattle around 3:45am Monday after a report of an altercation, involving 8 people and allegedly, a stun gun.   Police found Solo with a laceration to her elbow, and another woman with a hip injury.  Authorities say Stevens and Solo began to have an argument.

According to police reports, Solo and Stevens had been arguing about whether to live in Washington or Florida after they get married.  People at the scene told police the injuries occured because of another unidentified man who reportedly "crashed" the party but left before police arrived.  A judge released Stevens this afternoon, after finding no probable cause that he assaulted Solo.

While she did attend the court hearing today, she left without comment in another vehicle.  Stevens had originally been arrested on fourth degree assault.  Police continue to investigate.  They are still trying to figure out what the connection is between the others at the party, the reported stun gun, and the argument between Solo and Stevens.
