Prosser has one of the longest traditions of football in Eastern WA, even before Kellen Moore, they were a powerhouse.   It's not uncommon to see them play (non-conference) 3A or even 4A Schools.  Kinda reminds us of Royal HS.

Thursday, They Came Out With an Obviously 9-11 Honoring Entrance

As the Mustangs prepared to take on Othello, they charged in a line through a pair of Prosser Police Units, with sirens and lights and horns blaring. The band was playing, and it was a cool tribute to America.

Like many high schools across Eastern WA, and America, the sports teams included various 9-11 tributes in their games this week.

When the game was all over Prosser ran its record to 2-0 with a 28-8 win over the Huskies.

It's great to see such a display to honor America, 9-11 and HS sports in general.
