
Fatal Shooting Claims Life of 18-Year-Old Woman in Kennewick
The area is still being swept, and the investigation has begun into an early Wednesday morning fatal shooting in Kennewick.
At 3:05 AM, Officers responded to a call from the area of West 7th Place and South Kent Street for a report of shots being fired.
When Police got there they found an 18-year-old woman, who had died from gunshot wounds. Officers didn't say how many but implied there was more than one.

She's already been identified as Alyssa Moore. The area will continue to be blocked off until investigators have completed their work.
The location is less than 1500 feet south and slightly west of St. Joseph's School and less than 400 feet west of the Boy's and Girls Club Kennewick Clubhouse.
No other information has been released due to this being an active investigation.
