Fleeing Pasco Driver Bushwacked After High Speed Chase [VIDEO]
It was the expired tabs and defective equipment that gave it away. Police tried to stop a Pasco driver early Monday morning, and they fled. But Mother Nature and their lack of driving skills ended the brief chase.
The truck, driven by 33-year-old Miguel Alexander Torres, sped off when officers tried to stop him to the infractions. But as seen in the police dash cam video, Torres lost control near 19th and Pearl, and buried his truck into a large bush.
It turns out he had reason to fear being pulled over, as his passenger, 26-year-old Seluma Vasquez, was wanted for outstanding warrants, and suspicion for possession of meth.
Both are now facing a lot of charges, and are in the Franklin County jail.
