Franklin County In-Home Therapist Arrested, Indecent Liberties
Franklin County Sheriff's officials did not disclose which assisted care facility notified them, but say a 45-year-old in-home physical therapist has been arrested.
Sheriff's officials, including Commander Rick Rochleau, say LuRon Anderson was arrested and charged with Indecent Liberties. Authorities say they were recently contacted by the assisted care center over concerns about inappropriate physical contact between one of their residents, and Anderson. That person was not his patient.
Anderson is an in-home physical therapist who also provides his services to some area nursing homes and assisted care facilities. The case has been referred to the Adult Protective Services division of Washington State DSHS. The investigation continues. No other information has been released.
Officials did say this is the only such incident that has been reported concerning Anderson, or is related to him.
