Fraud Suspects Sought by Police, Car Probably Easy to Spot

The two suspects pictured are being sought by Kennewick Police in relation to an alleged fraud incident, their vehicle should make it easier to spot?

Police didn't specify when it occurred of the type of fraud, but they want to 'meet' them.  The bright burnt orange vehicle associated with them could make it a little easier to spot.
