Gov. Inslee Proclaims a “Moment Of Loudness” Friday, Saturday, Sunday by Seahawk Fans

Gov. Inslee issued an official proclamation Thursday,  calling for all Washington state Seahawk fans to join him in a Moment of Loudness this weekend.

Inslee plans to join in the Moment tomorrow, Friday, on the steps of the Capitol Building in Olympia.

He is calling on all 7 million "12's", as he put it, to join him in the loudness, and it will also be observed at high noon Saturday and Sunday as well.
