Hanford Site Fatal Accident Driver Identified

A deadly crash yesterday morning on the Hanford work site leaves one driver injured and one driver fatally wounded...one driver has now been identified.

56-year-old Rajaopal Ganapathy of Richland was killed in the head-on crash that also left another driver injured.

According to reports, a vehicle was passing multiple vehicles early Thursday morning out on Highway 4 on the Hanford site.

A vehicle was traveling northbound when it collided head-on with a vehicle traveling southbound.

Ganapathy died in the accident while the other driver was transported to Kadlec with non-threatening injuries.
