How long has it been since you've seen a movie in a theater? It seems like forever but the good news is that starting today, Fairchild Queensgate Theater in Richland is reopening!

There are a lot of great movies that have been delayed because of COVID-19 and some of those movies had to put on streaming services to help keep the movie studios afloat.

Blockbusters like Wonder Woman 84 and Black Widow are finished but haven't released yet and rabid fans are just waiting to see those movies on the big screen.

Queensgate Cinemas posted this welcome back message on their Facebook page:

WELCOME BACK! We are thrilled to welcome guests back to our Queensgate location beginning on Friday, September 4th at 25% capacity.

We’re adapting to the Coronavirus pandemic by reopening as a restaurant, serving entrees, and alcoholic beverages in addition to our wide variety of traditional snacks. Enjoy a movie while you dine!

Guests will notice enhanced cleaning and safety precautions during your visit. We kindly ask that you follow the state mandate and wear your mask.

Social Distancing protocols will be in place but it's all worth it to see a movie on the big screen again. You can make your dining reservations at www.fairchildcinemas.com and you can check out more details on movies playing and more on Fairchild Cinemas here.
