KPD Looking For This Wanted Child Rape Suspect

The incident stemmed from a 2016 police criminal investigation.

This week's edition of Crime Stoppers Wanted Wednesday features 23-year-old Samantha Lewis Rebecca Small, who also goes by the name of Samantha Proffitt.

She's wanted on charges of Fail to Appear on a Charge of 2nd Degree Rape of a Child. Her last known address was Kennewick, but has also lived in Pasco.

She has a heart and the numbers "820" tattooed on her left hand. Anyone with any information can anonymously report it to Kennewick Police at (509)-628-0333 or Crime Stoppers online.
