Lewd Conduct Suspect Handling More than His Phone

A 39-year-old man is in the Benton County jail on charges of lewd behavior after a Monday morning incident.

Police say a teenage female was in the 8500 block of West Gage when she was approached by a man in this vehicle. He asked her for directions, eventually handing her his phone so she could help him.

However, when she looked up from the phone, she saw the man in the vehicle was allegedly masturbating.  The girl dropped the man's phone, ran away, but not before taking a couple of quick pictures of his vehicle. She then called police.

Based upon what police said was a great description of the suspect and his car,  Royed Maijohn was quickly located, arrested, and is now in jail.
